We use a mixture of our seasonal shellfish (squid, mussels, crayfish, prawns, tiger prawns, langoustine,) in a rich herbed tomato sauce and topped with parmesan shavings, served with a basket of bread.
Our platters are made to order, and come with the very best shellfish that is available on the day. Typically: Dressed crab, crab claws, oysters, whole crayfish, whelks, mussels, tiger prawns, N.Z mussels, squid, Scottish prawns, and more.
White’s platters are made to order, laid on a bed of crushed ice, with lemon wedges, shallot vinegar dip, Tabasco sauce, and bread.these platters are two tiered (cold shellfish on the bottom and cooked mussels and squid on the top).

Our ocean pie is home made, and contains a mixture of fish and shell fish, smoked haddock, cod, prawns, mussels and more. Topped with mashed potato and mature cheddar. Served with a bowl of seasonal vegetables.
